Kate Wisniewski offers professional voice services from her home studio in Ashland, OR.

Kate is a stage actor, audiobook narrator and voice over artist.

A classically trained actor, Kate’s love of stories combined with her 30 plus years as a stage actor and voice over artist make audiobook narration the perfect vehicle for her creative energies and talents. Kate connects to stories with strong female protagonists; tales of empowerment, optimism and overcoming challenges. Her strengths include a bright versatile sound, subtle and detailed character work, and a range of ages and genders. She brings a variety of accents to her audiobook work including regional American dialects as well as Standard American, French, German, Italian, Russian, British (RP and regional dialects), Scottish, Australian and Irish. She loves historical fiction and her skill and knowledge of classical theatre makes her a perfect narrator for this genre. Other favorite genres to perform include Mystery/Thrillers, YA, Fantasy, and Non-fiction - especially history.

Kate’s voice over services include commercials, e-learning, corporate narration, and games. Her 2-plus decades as a voice over artist has earned her the title of one of ‘Seattle’s Best Voices’.

Kate is based in Ashland, OR where she is a Performing Company member at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and enjoys performing year-round on their three stages. In her spare time she can be found hiking the local trails with her miniature poodle.

Kate is a founding member of upstart crow collective. ucc produces classical plays with diverse female and non-binary casts, reimagining these works for a contemporary audience. upstartcrowcollective.com
