Kate Wisniewski is an actor, teacher and a voice over artist. Recent stage appearances in Seattle include The Skin of Our Teeth at Intiman, A Tale of Two Cities at Book-It Repertory Theatre and Frozen at Empty Space Theatre. Favorite projects include playing Bridget Cleary in the world premier of Burning Bridget Cleary (2006 Seattle Times Footlight Award) and Shakespeare’s King John, the inaugural production of upstart crow an all-female classical company of which Kate is a founding member (2006 Seattle Footlight Award, 2006 Seattle P-I Best Of). Other Seattle area appearances include performances at ACT, New City Theatre, Tacoma Actors Guild and Islands Stage Left. Kate also appeared in How I Learned to Drive at The American Repertory Theatre in Cambridge, MA. Kate is a graduate of the American Repertory Theatre Institute at Harvard. She is a Certified Associate Instructor of Fitzmaurice Voicework and currently teaches at Seattle University. Kate’s voice over work can be heard in many commercials and computer games.
